Orders shipped outside the UK and EU are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Taxes and customs charge are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before your order can be delivered. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. Failure to pay for these customs and excise duties may lead to a charge to us which we may deduct from your refund.
For online orders, we are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order, so long as the item is unused and unopened. If you wish to return your Decree products, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.
For all returns we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please package your returns securely to prevent damage in transit, and include your name, address, order number and a reason for your return. Returns should be sent to:

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receiving the items. If you are returning faulty items, or items that have been incorrectly supplied, Decree will refund your postage and packaging costs. Please send a copy of your receipt to us at email@example.com along with your order number.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note, it can take between 5 – 10 working days for the funds to show in your account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If you have purchased your Decree items via one of our stockists, you will need to return with them directly.
